Before purchase

Product pages should show the deliverable, file or access format, current price path, proof example, and any stated guarantee. The external checkout page is the final source for price, tax, payment method, delivery, and refund terms at the time of purchase.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered through the checkout provider or the delivery link in the receipt. The Value Bureau site does not directly process card details.

Refund request

Use the support or contact path in the checkout receipt so the order can be identified. Include the order email, product name, purchase date, and a short description of the problem. Do not post payment details publicly.

Conflicting information

When this site and the checkout listing differ, stop before purchase and use the checkout support path to confirm the current term. This page does not add a guarantee that is absent from the checkout record.
