Method-card builder
Entries in the economic method-card builder are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not sent to The Value Bureau. Clearing the card or your browser storage removes that local copy.
Email subscriptions
The subscription endpoint sends your email address, consent state, source page, and available campaign parameters to the configured email provider. Double opt-in is required, which means the subscription becomes active only after you confirm it from your inbox.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand page use and checkout-path events. The site records actions such as resource downloads, method-card exports, archive searches, newsletter submissions, and outbound checkout clicks. These signals are used to improve pages and reconcile the funnel.
Checkout providers
Purchases are completed on external checkout services. Their privacy, payment, tax, refund, and account practices apply to the checkout. The Value Bureau site does not directly collect card numbers.
Spam controls
The newsletter endpoint may use the requesting IP address for rate limits and provider-side abuse prevention. Optional server logs should retain only what is required for operational security and reconciliation.
Your choices
You can decline analytics through browser controls, avoid the email form, unsubscribe from any email, and use the method-card builder without an account. Contact details should be added here before deployment if a dedicated privacy address is approved.
